Under the flap (secured tightly with Velcro) it includes a special holder for carrying a thermos or travel mug , a zippered mesh bag , a removable inner divider (where a blood pressure monitor and stethoscope fit perfectly) and multiple open and zippered internal compartments .

On the outside, it includes a special side pocket for your mobile phone (closed with Velcro and easily accessible without opening the bag), and another open mesh side pocket.

It also has Velcro strips at the bottom , which serve to keep the bag attached to the car's canvas seats or floor mats (very convenient and practical to prevent it from tipping over).
