ENFERMANÍA, SL is a highly specialized organization carrying out design, production management and marketing activities for briefcases, bags, organizers, uniforms, pajamas, clogs and medical supplies.
To achieve excellence in our goods and services, management has implemented a quality and environmental management system based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards, establishing the following principles:
- Meeting customer needs , understanding quality and commitment to the environment as a responsibility of all staff.
- To ensure the protection of the environment , working respectfully, preventing pollution and minimizing the environmental effects produced as a result of our activity.
- Setting objectives focused on increasing customer satisfaction .
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and those agreed with the client , applicable to our products and services.
- Identification and evaluation of the environmental aspects caused by our activity.
- To provide ongoing training to staff so that they are competent to fulfill their responsibilities and thus participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Analyze the organization's context and relevant processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and actions needed to meet customer requirements.
- Risk assessment of processes to prevent possible system deviations, as well as opportunities.
- Establish continuous improvement as a fundamental principle of action.
- Management of waste generated during the development of our activity, minimizing negative impacts on the environment.
