General Purchasing Policies

Below we detail our purchase, exchange and return policies, as well as our shipping methods and delivery times.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Spain and peninsular Portugal:

The transport service will deliver the package to the address you have indicated.

By general rule For non-personalized products, if you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 pm, we will ship your package that same day and you will receive it within 24 to 48 business hours if there are no issues.

If you place your order after 12:00 pm, the order will be shipped the next day.

If you place your order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday. If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is home, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

In this case the delivery time is 72 hours (for items indicated on the website).

Balearic Islands : the usual delivery time is between 48 and 96 hours.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla :

The postal service will deliver the package to the address you have indicated.

Delivery time varies, but the average is 7-10 days.

If they are unable to deliver, they will leave you a notice to pick it up at the nearest Post Office.

**The customized products They may take longer and you will be informed of any possible delays.

European countries (except Spain and Portugal):

The courier company will depend on your country of origin, but we will provide you with a tracking code so you can know which transport agency will deliver your order.

Delivery time also varies depending on the destination country, between 5-10 days

Latin American countries : Your country's postal service will be responsible for delivering your package.

We will provide you with a tracking code that you can use to track your package on the Spanish postal service website (Correos) and, in most cases, on the website of your country's postal service. Delivery times vary but are usually around 15-20 days.


IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

When the package arrives in your city, Correos (acting as a customs agent) may charge you for customs processing (DUA) and local taxes (IGIC or IPSI). It's important to know that these charges are separate from Enfermanía and are collected by customs and the local government through the carrier (Correos), which is acting solely as a customs agent.

Remember that all your purchases at www.enfermania.com (in compliance with current legislation) are subject to VAT exemption prices (that is, 21% cheaper than any European or Peninsular customer).

You can verify this 21% saving by comparing the prices you see on the website without registering and the prices that appear once you register an address from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla and access the website with your user credentials.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES

When the package arrives in your city, your country's customs administration may charge you for customs processing and local taxes. It's important to know that these charges are separate from Enfermanía and are collected by your country's customs and administration.

Remember that all your purchases at www.enfermania.com are TAX FREE prices without any tax being applied (that is, 21% cheaper than for any European customer).

You can verify this 21% saving by comparing the prices you see on the website without registering and the prices that appear once you register an address from a Latin American country and access the website with your user credentials.

PAYMENT METHODS AND ORDERS

Order online through the website:

Easily add your items to your shopping cart and complete the online process by following the on-screen steps (you'll need to provide your information and address, and choose your payment and shipping methods). This is available at any time of day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Via bank transfer or deposit (to our Banco Santander account)
  • With a credit or debit card through the RedSys platform of Banco Santander (requires a card with authenticated online verification)
  • PayPal (via PayPal account or AmEx, MasterCard, VISA credit or debit card)

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. You must send the item back to us in perfect condition, keeping its original case or box.

Please send the item(s) you wish to return to the following address:

You must include in the package the purchase invoice for the returned item(s), along with the duly completed exchange/return form ( click here to download the exchange/return form ).

Once we receive your shipment at the Enfermanía warehouses, and have verified that the contents are in good condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

The refund will be made using the same method you used to make the payment.

And if you want to EXCHANGE a product for another (a size change, for example), simply indicate the new size or the new product you want in exchange on the exchange/return form. We will send you the new product FREE of charge, with no shipping costs. If it is more expensive than what you are returning, we will only charge you the difference, and if it is cheaper, we will refund you the difference. But in no case will we charge you for shipping.

However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (we only arrange for collection or cover return shipping for orders where we've sent the wrong product or if it's defective). You can send the returned products to us using any courier service you prefer, or via the postal service.

We do not accept returns on personal hygiene products such as socks. Please ensure you choose the correct size by consulting the size chart shown in the product images.

Returns will not be accepted for personalized products that have been made to order or consist of services, nor for items that are damaged, used, or incomplete.

ENFERMANIA SL reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order placed on the website due to errors in stock, price, typography, technical issues, or any other reason, in any case returning to the customer the full amount paid by them in said order.
